“Ichi-syuunen omedetou!” or “Happy first anniversary!”
One year ago, on May 16th, I took a big step towards my dreams and created the MangaMatsuri Forums. It may have only been a year so far, but it feels like this place has been in my heart for an eternity. In the short time we’ve been here, we’ve had few members, but amazing ones. I’d like to give a shout out to each of them:
To Nuyori, who has been here with me since day one and has proven herself to be a reliable moderator and incredible friend. Her willingness to help has brought me more relief than I can express, and I know I can safely leave the forum in her hands when I’m away or overloaded with work.
To Striker, who may not be very active, but was with the forum from day one and offered me support through the rough start. Hopefully he can make an appearance once more after his exams! Good luck, Striker!
To Legomaestro, who keeps the forum fun and lively when things get dull. I am incredibly grateful for his consistent participation in the forum… it never fails to put a smile on my face!
To RobinRyuu, who has stuck with us even through the quietest times. We know our forum doesn’t have much to offer now, but we’re growing and I’m glad you’ve stayed with us to see it happen!
And to my sister, Dreamer, who may not use the forum but is always offering me support and ideas from the sidelines. It was her who gave me the push I needed to start MangaMatsuri.
Thank you so much, everyone. You’ve given me the hope and the patience to keep the forum running. Let’s work hard to keep growing, keep improving, and keep having fun for years to come.
