I'm behind and haven't gotten to watch any Winter 2016 anime yet *cough* but I'm curious to hear what everyone else thinks! Which anime was the best of the Winter 2016 season?

I didn't watch every single one of them O: And I couldn't tell you which one I thought was best anyway ahaha.
The ones I watched were:
-Phantasy Star Online 2 The Animation -Prince of Stride: Alternative -Durarara!!x2 Ketsu
All of which are still ongoing. And all of which are very different. One a game based one, one VN based, one LN based.
Durarara!! has the most seasons so far, and I've seen those, and my opinion of it is pretty much unchanged.
If I've ever gotten into any sports anime, it's Prince of Stride. I love the comedy in it, and running is my favourite sport as well.
The 3D animation parts in PSO2 tar are awesome! I love game based stories and this one is no exception.
They've all got nice character interactions as well...
I'd have to say out of the three I liked Prince of Stride best. Durarara!! is nearly at the end of its plot, apparently, so I'm just waiting to see what becomes of it all. But Prince of Stride offered new material to me (fascinating concepts).

For that season Konosuba. Although the premise is generic as can be it slips into it's own thing right off the bat. Konosuba is not a typical NEET goes into game world anime. Nothing about this show is typical, it's a brilliant comedy and it actually has a wide fantasy world where every event matters and little things from previous episodes will come back. I have not seen an anime with a sense of humour as well tuned as this one. Konosuba is so good it's second season was announced right away in the last episode. It's a prime contender for the best anime of 2016 so far. The running jokes where perfect and not worn down. It even explores the and expands the simple jokes as it goes on. The characters are all total morons, and that's why you love 'em. It's hard to describe but Konosuba is a brilliant comedy that takes what you would expect for an anime of it's kind of chucks it in the compactor.
